teileibyri I'm sorry you feel that I didn't ship the boots fast enough! You purchased them Sunday, they were shipped Monday and delivered to you by Wednesday. They have been pending acceptance by you since Wednesday. I would say that's pretty quick shipping!

jmbright I'm confused. I never said I was displeased with any part of our transaction. The boots arrived very quick, in beautiful condition. I thought I gave a very high rating. Im new at this and maybe I filled out the rating incorrectly. I dont want to mess up your overall rating- let me know what I can do. Jennifer
