okieposhgirl @jengossett67 hello again! The other buyer is filing a return request today and then Poshmark will send her a new shipping label. I pray you weren’t in a rush to receive. I’m afraid this is going to take a little bit of time. I wish they would let her send them directly to you but it doesn’t work that way I guess. So that’s the latest...thank you for being so patient.

jengossett67 @okieposhgirl ok good to hear! They emailed me today and seemed to think that I had received the wrong item, so I was worried they misunderstood what the issue was. There’s no rush, and I don’t mind waiting. Thanks for working to get this resolved! 😊

okieposhgirl Hello...jeans update! They are on their way back to me! Yay! One problem is I’m leaving town Monday for 6 days. Poshmark said I have to relist the jeans and you may re-purchase them instead of sending me a new label?? If you would like I will get the jeans when I get back, relist them and tag you. If you’re still interested at that point. I know this has been a fiasco and would absolutely understand if you wanted to pass on them. Just let me know. 😊

jengossett67 @okieposhgirl ok good! Hmmm.. there is another pair I’ve been eyeing, but I do still like yours so I’m not sure yet if I’ll repurchase. Did support say anything about when a refund will be issued?

okieposhgirl @jengossett67 they did not, but I will email them again and ask, or we can cancel the order and it would have to refund...right? I’m going to cancel it and we’ll see what happens. 😊
