karye81 Hello!Just wanted to give you an update regarding the Haiku bag you purchased. I mailed it on 12/22 but it’s telling me it has yet to be scanned by the P.O. The P.O. asked that I give it a couple more days to show up. After that, they asked that I call to speak with the post master. I’m worried as it hasn’t been scanned anywhere along the way to you at all. I just wanted to apologize for the delay and also wanted to let you know I am trying to get to the bottom of this. 😔

karye81 @jabehling I am as well. With the 2 holidays and weekends, the mail service hasn’t been working in my favor. I have not been hearing back from customer service even though I have sent multiple emails. I’m doing everything I can think of. Do you want me to see if I can just cancel the order?

karye81 @jabehling Also, I reached out to the post office and they said because of the holiday and the weekend, the label should arrive to its destination by possibly Thursday. Hopefully your bag will be put in the mail by the end of the week. Once it’s scanned, we’ll start to receive shipping updates. The label is for 2 day shipping but I don’t think that counts weekends. If all goes well, I’m hoping you’ll have it by midweek next week. 🎉🎊🎈
