ccslilmama Good morning! Those Nine West sandals are priced to sell! They have been barely worn, as indicated by the soles -- no wear on the interior logo, no scuffs from wear on the bottom. mlanegf000 @jbard16 I’m so sorry you were unhappy with the MK sandals. The inside of the sandals are pictured and the description is clear. I’m so sorry there was a misunderstanding. I would also like to request the rating be updated since it was originally disclosed. I was not aware the strap was broken. I don’t understand why the order was accepted if there were issues. I try to go above and beyond for each buyer. Please let me know if there is something within PM policies I can do to make this right.
