dena107 Jennifer I have been made aware that the jewelry you purchased from me arrived damaged for which I am truly perplexed over since it was packaged in cotton filled individual jewel boxes and then in a shipping box with tissue paper...I have filed a claim with the postal service and they request you return the packaging along with the jewelry for their review. Again I hate that this has occurred...I have never had any problem with anything being received in anything less than perfect condition.
