icingonthecake Hi, sorry to bother you but i see that you sold a backpack to @ kimishin and she filed a claim about it? She just filed a claim on an item she purchased from me as well. It was a brand new, sealed swim top that she claimed was damaged or stained in some way. I have tried to contact her but she does not respond. I'm suspecting she regularly does this. Have you been in touch with poshmark? Is there anything we can do to protect ourselves against this type of thing?

happiness1510 @icingonthecake hi there, when I received the email from posh I told them that I have no idea what the problem or could of been not was it was a small north face backpack never used. I wrote back that I have no problem taking the bag back as I had other interested parties and handing her funds being released. Yes, sounds like she has done this before hopefully push has caught on.

We lived in Wilmington.. And mannnnnn did I HATE IT when he'd forget his boots or BOOT STRAPS (I hate those things), and he was ALLLLLLLL the way over on main base.... Hated driving there in the morning UGH!!!!! and it's not like the PX was open at 0630 lol

wonder5 Hi i am looking for some advice actually! For some reason there is no tracking info update on a pair of Ugg boots i mailed out Saturday. The last update on the USPS website was from Tuesday. I contacted support dept about this, ad i am wondering if the woman got the boots but the post office didnt update?? Has this happened to u?? :(((

And another item I shipped to a different lady was received days on Monday. So they were shipped same day but the only one that didnt confirm delivery are the boots. Im hoping the support dept can help 😔😔😔

happiness1510 @wonder5 depending on how far it has traveled it could take a day or two extra due to the holiday season. You were right to contact support. It typically does not take this long. Have you reached out to the seller. Good news is posh won't do anything until the package is scanned. 😞.
