cicchetti1 Super disappointed in this seller. I asked her point blank if the inflatable had holes or any defects. she stated it was in excellent condition. It was anything but! The head doesn't stand up at all. It is slumped over. Now that i look at her pictures, someone is holding the head up. Ya HELLO! DEFECT! The head will not stand on its own at all.This woman is such a liar. Dont buy from her. You won't get your item as described.

jstylesclark @cicchetti1 Ma'am,, the inflatable is not defective nor does it have any holes or patches, but it does need to be anchored using the provided strings and stakes attached to ensure the air flows properly to all of the extremities. If you tilt it forward that should allow the air that is coming from the bottom to move more toward the head. If that isn't working, I would suggest reaching out to Poshmark as I believe you can have the item sent directly back to me. Best of luck.

cicchetti1 @jstylesclark yup, i know how to use an inflatable. i have many. still someone was holding the head up because it doesnt stand up on its own. she looks like she has a broken neck. you said it has no issues but it does. You listed something falsely and knowingly. otherwise you would have had a picture of it without anyone holding it. shame

jstylesclark @cicchetti1 Ma'am, the picture was taken inside of a house where the inflatable was not anchored. You sound very upset so all I can do is encourage you to reach out to Poshmark to seek the restitution you desire. I wish you the best in that pursuit.

cicchetti1 @jstylesclark ma'am, even if its anchored the head DOES NOT STAND UP ON ITS OWN! Of course I'm upset! you lied and are trying to say its because its not anchored. Just own up to lying! bad seller. plain and simple.

jstylesclark @cicchetti1 I have 75 5 star reviews that say otherwise and this app isn't my life. I am sorry you were not pleased with what you purchased but this conversation is fruitless. You should try not to sweat the small stuff. I would call an $8 item "the small stuff".
