jennifer81marie I understand delays,and i probably wouldn't have worried to much about the time,but the dress was for my daughter for a wedding that is 9/17/16.not to far away,and I'm new to this app,and not very very tech savvy and couldn't figure out how to message you.i already cancelled it and got an email saying I should get the refund in 1to2days.
