lindalooloocat hi Jennifer I just heard from poshmark. they sent you a return label to send the Gudetama backpack back to me. also they will give you a refund when they scan it delivered back. you will have to rebuy the Ewok backpack from me. sorry for the extra trouble. Thanks!😃😃
