If you read the description, it does explain that the item is not returnable if it is too small or you decide you don't like it. Unfortunately I have had a problem with two people rating me very low because the item did not fit them. jennm2013 The jacket was sent clean because I washed it. It may have been damp still when shipped so that would have been the smell. I'm sure you were going to wash it when you received it so the damp smell would be gone. The jacket was only worn one season and in very good condition. If you didn't like it you should have sent it back weeks ago when you received it. No need to bash me on here weeks later.
