rockypixie32 @jenjen0007 OK it won’t let me post pictures on the item because it sold so if you want me to cancel the item I can then post a picture I can go buy crazy glue and glue it myself or if you want to go ahead with the purchase and then you glue it that’s perfectly fine once you see the pictures

jenjen0007 Hi, sorry. I do not get on this site often. I bought these boots brand new from dsw like 6 yrs ago, so I continue to buy the same boots from this site over and over, because I love them so much. I have this problem with the heel all the time, and that is why I buy more pairs from this site. Yeah I'm going to have to cancel then. They will be a continuous problem, since they already came unwrapped from the heel. I'm so sad. If you could refund me, that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!😊
