pbulldiva @texan102 - hello. I received the orange and white shirt by Abercrombie and Fitch that Dez _dez _dez was supposed to ship to you. She mistakenly used my mailing label. She had my mailing label because she was supposed to send me a pair of booties for a Coach purse I sent her. She stole my purse and never sent me the booties. Then she blocked me from her closet so that I could not ask her to return my purse. I'm very upset over her dishonesty.

pbulldiva @Can you please contact her and let her know she sent your shirt to me since I cannot access her closet? I will gladly send your shirt back... but not until she returns my purse or sends the booties. I don't know what else to do to get the purse back. But be VERY cautious of dealing with her. I have found out that she did the same thing to another Posher. Thanks, sweetie. We'll get this taken care of .💋

texan102 @pbulldiva I will contact her and let her know. I am sorry you went through that. Have you contacted Poshmark about the whole situation with your shoes, and purse? I'm fine with you keeping the shirt until you get your purse back, since there's no payment until the correct person gets their stuff.

pbulldiva @texan102 no problem! Thanks for being so understanding! You are the coolest! I've been trying for weeks to get my purse back. Posh will not help because they do not like trades- they don't get much money when you trade. I contacted them again and told them what I told you. Told them I've documented everything and contacted the Better Business Bureau of California. We'll see what happens. I'll keep in touch and let you know. Thanks again for being so cool about this! 😎👍🏻

pbulldiva I read her reply. She knows darned well how this happened. She still has me blocked so that I cannot ask her for purse. I am betting she did not e mail Poshmark. What can she tell them? You know she wont tell them she ripped me off! I am so upset. She has been so dishonest. I was having great experiences selling my items until she did this. I have a bad feeling that she is never going to mail my purse back to me. I can't believe she is doing this.😥

pbulldiva @texan102 this is how much customers mean to her. She got her hand caught in the cookie jar and she would let you suffer for it. Shes been on Posh but has not tried to Contact me. Posh has not answered my e mail about her either. In goingbto lower the boom on them. They are being just as dishonest as he Is.

amcampion Hi , you recently purchased jeans from me and have given me a negative review because the zipper is broken. Please contact poshmark support and say you’d like to return the jeans so you can get your money back. I have slkeasdy cobra ted them to ok the return and take responsibility. I did not know the zipper was broken. I zipped it up and down prior to posting but perhaps did not look closely enough. I would much rather give you your money back than have a negative review! Sorry this happened!
