Hi Jennifer,
You purchased a Vera Bradley purse and wallet from me yesterday and when I went to package it up I realized I made a huge mistake! I had the purse up for sale twice and someone else had bought it and it just shipped yesterday morning. I feel horrible for making such a foolish mistake. I want to make everything right, if possible. Please pick out any other purse in my closet that is up for sale, regardless of price and I will send that one instead.
