tfree1965 @jennsmith26 There is really no way to process a return. I guess if they were to ship an item back to you on their own, you could lower the price of a replacement to the minimum ($3), and have them buy it again. I would wait until you receive it back though. They would end up paying shipping both ways. Not sure that helps, but it is an option. Good luck! 💕
