cdunninger @Hi, honey. I am so sorry that your order was problematic for you. After reviewing my listing, I can see how I listed the Vanilla Bean Noel as 2 FFM, instead of 2 BC. The pictures were accurate, but unfortunately my wording was not. I wasnt informed as to what the exact problem was, but I am guessing this was it. I am so sorry for your disappointment, and will try to rectify it to the best of my ability. Love, Courtney

jnpatrusevich @cdunninger Thank you for your reply. It was because the vanilla bean items were used (about 1/2 ea cream and 1/3 lotion missing). I thought I would be receiving unused product. Also, the lotion for the red velvet cheer was def not new (dried product in the cap, where it squeezes out). Both of those scents sprays were used some also. I have accepted the order. The candles smell lovely. Have a wonderful Christmas.

cdunninger @jnpatrusevich Sweetie, I am so terribly sorry for what happened. I bought the products at the semi annual sale last year and Ive had them stored in my closet. Also, the Beach Nights collection was bought online so they have cellophane wrap on them. The others were bought in store and do not have that wrap. I really want to do something to make it up to u. Would you mind if I sent you some free BBW product? ----Courtney

cdunninger @jnpatrusevich Hi, honey. I just got a letter from Poshmark telling me that they approved the case for you and that you will be sending the product back to me immediately. I was just wondering since you had said you wanted to keep it. Please let me know, so I know what to do from here.
