ashleymos Hi Jennifer! Thanks for the purchase of the black “life is good” tote- when I went to package it I noticed some spots where is seems the canvas wasn’t dyed as dark as other areas. If you zoom into the picture with the heart, they are right above it between the stitching. Let me know if his is a problem & we can decide what to do. Sorry I didn’t catch this before 😕

myflstuff Hi Jennifer. I got your message that there was a problem with the bracelet and then immediately got an email from Posh that they resolved in both of our favors. I’m sorry to hear the bracelet broke. If I remember correctly it was strung in a stretchy elastic. You could probably get some at Michaels or Hobby Lobby or any craft place for a couple bucks.
