brinnyvibes Hey! You bought my phone case and i left town for the month before i got the notification. If youre okay, im totally fine with shipping it as soon as i get back. If not i completely understand. I will be back and able to ship it on January 10th at the latest.

thriftmythread_ Hi Jennifer! I I just received your updated rating. So sorry you have had a bad experience. For future reference, it is extremely important to look over every item when you receive it very thoroughly. And the only way to contact a seller to deal with this type of issue is by opening a case on the item. I'm not sure how you tried to contact me previously.

thriftmythread_ That being said, as a Poshmark Ambassador I take great pride in how I handle my business and I always double check all items after washing and steaming them then I check over them again before they are shipped. I assure this shirt was not unwearable when it left my store. It has been in your care for four weeks. I hope any future purchases you have on Poshmark are good experiences.

artistjbs3 I don’t appreciate you insinuating that I ruined the shirt you sent me. Upon first sight, it was apparent that the shirt was worn more than you listed in the description. I was willing to overlook that, until I noticed the small hole by the neckline. The whole was not apparent until I actually put the shirt on- it initially looked like part of the pattern.
