frombleaktochic Hi Jen I wanted to touch base with you I messaged Poshmark regarding your sweater you ordered and let them know that status showed delivered but you had not received the item. I asked them to please look into. I have not heard back as of yet but I will keep checking and let you know what they say. They email me the shipping label and then I print it and attach it to the package then mail it so they will have to research because they have the shipping information. I will keep you posted.

frombleaktochic Hi Jen I emailed Poshmark regarding your order To was showing delivered and let them know you had not received. They said to have you reach out to them directly as it is a UPS error. You can email Poshmark support. They will be able to look into further for you has they have all the shipping information

colourmaestro Hi Jenn First of all let me say that without seeing and feeling your hair for myself it's really hard for me to give you a proper consultation. That being said I would probably start with a glamour bath and/or Malibu treatment on your hair at the shampoo bowl to see if I could break thru the color that way before going in and doing a full on lightening to your entire head.
