Hi Jennifer. I’m sorry, was there something wrong with the Coach bag? I was shocked you gave me 4 stars instead of 5. I thought it looked amazing, I worked hard cleaning and conditioning it and thought I did a great job on packaging. There was quite an improvement over the photos posted. I’m sorry if you weren’t completely happy with it. That totally bums me out, I don’t like unhappy customers. I thought I did a great job. Anyways, I’m really sorry if it didn’t meet your expectations.

Thanks for liking my skirts there from France both of them have separate spaces that go with them the red one has three different types one of them is a long jacket that zips up one of them is goes over your head there on my site if you want me to send them to you just let me know

The black and gray skirt also has is a Cowell neck sweater and a scarf that matches the outfit both of those outfits were bought in Paris and they are by the same company just a different styles their grade materials they look like will buy it and they’re warm but they are a polyester blend and very high-quality and French design

hi there. I'm so sorry to hear that it smelled and you thought it was dirty. I assure you it was freshly cleaned before sending it and I am the only owner of the shirt and I only wore it two times. I'm so sorry you thought it was worn. you could probably return it through postmark if it's in that bad of condition.

hi! I received your rating on the J.Crew dress and was wondering what was not as described with the dress and also the item cleanliness. I lint rolled it and put it in a ziploc before packaging it so it would not get damaged.

Hi, thanks for reaching out. The waist on this dress is tiny. I think it may have mis-sized. No way it's a 12P. Also, it was all wrinkled. I was very disappointed as I had thought about buying it for so long.
