You’ve been online several times since the 2 previous messages I sent asking when you will be shipping out the poncho I bought on Oct. 16th, but still no reply from you. I have been patient and polite-I do still want it…it’s for my friend getting chemotherapy since it leaves access to her port during treatments. A reply from you letting me know situation would be greatly appreciated.

julzwest @galvanmom4 If you need time to grieve, which is understandable, perhaps change the settings on your closet for a vacation hold for the time being so Poshers don’t continue to buy and be disappointed? It can always be turned off earlier than the date you choose when you feel ready to continue doing business. julzwest @galvanmom4 No, it has not🥺. Unfortunately, Poshmark does automatically cancel orders after a certain amount of time if not shipped/scanned in by USPS to start tracking. Did you get a receipt at USPS counter when you dropped it off?

julzwest @galvanmom4 We don’t get mail delivered to our houses where I live-it’s groups of locked boxes. Occasionally a postal worker puts keys for package lockers in wrong mailboxes- and my address with 2 doors down (10886 & 10866) our stuff gets mixed up🤦🏼‍♀️, but we’ve always been good about exchanging our mixed up mail with each other. It’s too early for me to go check with her now, but I will this afternoon!

julzwest @galvanmom4 It made it! My neighbor had not checked her mail this week (she’s been sick) and the key for locker was in her box! Not the first time this has happened 🤦🏼‍♀️. I’m thinking due to timing of drop off & Poshmark’s cancellation-it wouldn’t scan when USPS tried so there was no tracking.

jamiemasi I am trying to be patient with you but I am beyond frustrated right now. I placed the other 2 weeks ago, in hopes that it would be here for our family Christmas party tonight. I have asked for tracking information 3 days from you and it has shown you being active but no response. I understand that this is the holiday season and people are busy but a response takes three seconds.
