lottibresner @savanna3003 I never washed it not once. I took the tags off planning to wear it on a vacation and never did. It once. I have 5 of her things. I just bought a large and I’m 5’9” and have a 25 waist. I can’t speak for her size models but I all I can do is offer you a return somehow. I was sad to see it go anyway. Haha. I don’t m ow how to do a return on Poshmark but if you teach me and that’s what you want I’m here to help. I want you happy of course.

lottibresner I just read your full statement and I have to say I disagree with it no being wearable. It’s one thing if it doesn’t fit in a way that satisfies you- but to say that it is unwearable is not appropriate. The dress is brand new and the size is priced as marked.

savanna3003 Jennifer, I'm just frustrated because I wear XS in the same style by Natalie Martin and the dress isn't even close to fitting so I just don't understand why. lottibresner @savanna3003 I’ve contacted Poshmark to see what my obligations are. The listing was not misleading. It has not been shrunken as you publicly implied. I’d like their advice to ensure I’m handling this correctly. I can’t speak for Natalie martin’s fit or sizing models but I bought it new and sold it new. I have everything form smalls to larges in her pieces: nightgowns, pants and dresses. I didn’t miss represent the dress and measurements were not requested. So let me see what they say.

savanna3003 I'm not saying you knowingly misrepresented it as it was possibly from a sample sale and not true to size? Maybe what you bought was damaged prior? I am surprised that Poshmark or you would leave this unresolved. I'm sure you would feel the same way if you were excited about a purchase that you were familiar with and received something different. I'd love if we could figure out something together.

lottibresner @savanna3003 I know the narrative about wanting to be happy when you purchase something. But to imply that you were taken advantage of is unfair. Trying-on is not a luxury 1 has here so ask for measurements and other ?s in advance. I feel like you are ?ing my integrity as a seller. So I’d like PM to weigh-in here. Ok?

savanna3003 Whatever can find out would be great. I don't think I implied you were taking advantage of me and it seems you did not know about the size discrepancy. I am just saying I had the same dress in the same size and was even a few more lbs then it and fit perfectly and I can't even close this dress. Its just unexpected and disappointing. I don't usually buy from Poshmark, if I buy used I get it from the Real Real and haven't had any issue so this is new to me too.
