jenzuro2 Hi - very disappointed- the necklace was broken /damaged when I opened up the package : ( I was so looking forward to the necklace and unfortunately it arrived damaged. So disappointed. I'm going to return it as soon as I get the shipping label from posh mark.

jenzuro2 Hi - unfortunately when I opened the mailing envelope the necklace was loose inside and a piece of a tassel was broken off and the chain in a large knot. I was so disappointed as this is a very expensive necklace. I'm waiting on the mailing label now to return it to you. Thank you

jenzuro2 Hi - yes unfortunately I have had several orders arrive in defective condition - it has been very disappointing however poshmark has returned these. It is disappointing that sellers list and send out defective items to buyers. I have ordered and received many nice items so I continue to order. I'm not sure why you're asking about my purchases ?!
