dexterholland1 Hi, I have never had this happen before but one of the lids was smashed to pieces during shipping. The box itself is crumpled on one side. What do I need to do?

trollboss @dexterholland1 ok I just went into the sale/ purchase and hit problems and inquiries. And hit contact Poshmark support. I emailed them to see how to proceed. You may want to email them too. I feel like it happened in transit since there was damage to the box.

dexterholland1 @trollboss I am sure it did! I had two other breakable packages from Poshmark today and they were fine. The lid isn't just cracked, it is in tiny pieces.

trollboss @dexterholland1 no problem. 1. Go to the purchase 2. Hit Problems /inquiries 3. Hit contact Poshmark support 4. It should bring up a message.

dexterholland1 Can you check to see if they released funds to you? I never heard anything from them and 3 days after delivery they just release funds.

trollboss @dexterholland1 I just checked- they did release the funds. Check your email for correspondence with Poshmark support. I would hit the problems inquiry again and try again if there is not a response. They responded to me within 24 hours. I will contact them again too.

dexterholland1 @trollboss I am just going to let it go. I still have two of the jars I can use. Now that they have released the money it will be harder to fix it. I am ok with it.

trollboss @dexterholland1 I just sent them this. The item was broken in transit. The buyer has reached out to Poshmark support but has not gotten a response in three days. She noticed the funds just got released. is there anything I can do on her behalf?
