arrants4 Hello you purchased Michael Stars Ruana, Scarf, Sarong....Batik from me...and filed a claim saying it isn't as described...could you please explain the problem....Thank you

jowalsh249 @arrants4 Yes I sent a picture and explained in the original message. I didn't receive the ruana. I received a green purse and a black jeweled mirrored compact. I assume you mislabeled your packages.

arrants4 Oh my goodness if I send you a prepaid label can you send the package to the original person...and I will make sure that you get your item...Not sure what was wrong with me but I will make it right...I need your email address to send the label I will also mail you something else....again I'm so sorry!!!

jowalsh249 Hi there, I'm sure it was a simple mistake, which I understand. However, my understanding is that if I don't go through the formal process with poshmark and use your label and send the product elsewhere, then I forfeit the protection from the service and would lose the opportunity for a refund. So I'm afraid I'm not comfortable with what you have suggested. As soon as I receive a decision and return label from poshmark I will mail the items back quickly.

arrants4 Ok I can do either I have to provide proof to poshmark that I have mailed you a label to ship it to the rightful person...but what ever makes you comfortable I can reship it once I receive the other item back....But you are still protected under poshmark
