Hi, I noticed you changed your rating, sorry to hear the shoes did that to you. I was selling them for a friend and do not know how old the shoes are. I looked into returns and you would have been able to return them if you made a claim within 3 days of delivery and poshmark would've sent you a return label but since the payment has been released all sales are final.

Friday mailman had 2 boxes but had only 1 mailing label. I had me choose 1 box. He advised he was taking back your box to Post Ofc to look for missing label & a check/cash is needed for paymnt but amt was uhkwn. Saturday a "sorry we missed me notice" with postage due was left. Mondayl paid postage $11.70! The other box was not something I did not order!

@jlwedner I will get in touch with Poshmark about this. That other box was not mine. I have only sent out packages with individual mailing labels. None of them weighing over 5 lbs. I think this is a mistake on the Post Office's end. I will see how they want me to handle this and I will be in touch as soon as possible.

@jlwedner I reached out to support & received a message back today. They asked that you reach out to them directly & assured me that they have a process in place to assist with this type of situation. You can reach them through the app. If you click on the order under your purchases, there will be a contact support option. It will automatically place that order number in the email. They respond within 24 hours. I really apologize for this inconvenience. I'm very confused as to why this happened.
