@jenandelle thinking out loud... if your schedule enables you to ship out tomorrow, it will probably arrive at PM on Monday. They authenticate then send out Wednesday, a few business days to come to me, maybe Monday 11/27. Actually that works! 😊 Hopefully will not get stuck in the Black Friday shipments 🤔

@tahoe_sapphire Hi it looks like the bag has been out for delivery for some time ( on way to Poshmark). I tried several times to contact them to see what the holdup is and they seem to keep giving me same answer “ it’s on way”. Have you reached out to them?

We have not received the bag at our headquarters. We have contacted USPS to locate the package. We cannot provide an estimated date as we do not have the item yet.

@tahoe_sapphire omg I mailed 3 packages that day and 2 including the bag are “ lost in transit”. I’m so upset. At least Poshmark responded to you. They won’t reply to any of my emails

Poshmark's FAQ:
Q: How can I trust selling on Poshmark?
A: As long as you use the Poshmark-provided label and the package is scanned into the USPS tracking system, you will be fully covered by Poshmark should the package get lost in transit by USPS. Any orders over $400 will require a signature upon delivery to provide additional protection. When the package is first scanned into the USPS mail stream, we send both you and the buyer an email with the tracking information.

@tahoe_sapphire Thank You!! I saw that and hopefully they will stand by their policy. Since they have not replied to me I’m a little concerned. Hopefully the bag will turn up and you will get it. Ugh it is the perf bag. It’s killing me that it’s not in good hands! Lol I almost didn’t sell bc I started getting attached when trying on for photos. 😫

As a buyer, normally for items not requiring authentication, I can see the tracking #.
But this time I don't see it. It only says "Shipped to PMHQ".
Did u receive a tracking # from USPS either by email or on a receipt if u went to post office?
Can u check the shipping status/ location of the box?

@tahoe_sapphire Yes. I see the tracking!! It has been “ in transit out for delivery since Nov 21”. I contacted USPS w tracking and it just states “ package out for delivery delayed. Will update info. Nothing since

@tahoe_sapphire ok perf! I send them emails everyday just to harass them bc I’m so annoyed how they have handled it. I’m also 😡 of all the items I sent out the “ BAG” is lost or stolen. Any of the others I would get over but the “ BAG”😩

Here's their message to me this morning:
Thanks for your email and we sincerely apologize on behalf of USPS for this inconvenience. The seller has made us aware of this issue and we have proceeded with escalating this issue to our contact at USPS. They will work with the different departments and facilities to locate your package. Kindly note that this process can take up to 2 weeks, but we hope to have it resolved sooner.

@tahoe_sapphire lol I sent them another one this am and they just got back to me. They said same thing that they are really trying to locate it and could take up to two weeks ( that being said last week) . I’m still annoyed. Good news is I did send out a pair of shoes day after bag and they too were delayed, however tracking was a little diff situation. They just arrived on Friday, so there is hope if the mail carrier didn’t decide to keep the Balenciaga.😩
