@bonngoc jennifer your package was sent the next day of your purchase by usps and was also delivered. Please check with the usps office I will send the tracking info for you to verify. I am so sorry to hear you didn't get it but the boots were sent in its original box the next day after you bought them. I also sent you a note saying I forgot to include the thank you note hence I wanted to send the boots so quickly for you to have them.

I believe you may also follow and see the tracking info of the package under my purchases on the poshmark to double check. Also, if you see your profile notes Once I sent the package I wrote a note to you because I realize I didn't include the thank you note. This is very concerning somebody may have receive the package for you. I hope this gets clarify and you get your beautiful boots. Blessings!

Hey Jennifer, I went to see the tracking info for the boots and it says it was delivered at the front desk or reception area at 3:47 pm on Monday September 25th. Please double check with them I hope this helps and yo get your gorgeous boots. Also I hope you reconsider you one star rating since I did send the boots and they are in perfect condition. Blessings!

@bonngoc 9405510899359320635138. Also poshmark sent you an email with the shipping and tracking info you can check it too. The package was delivered to the front desk/ reception area were you live is what it says at 3:47pm on Monday Sep 25th. Check with them they should have it for you. Blessings!
