sophisticatedw Hi my post office system was down due to bad weather so they were using hand held devices . When she scanned the package she put delivered instead of received . The package is still on its way to you. This has never happened to me before I am hoping the tracking up dates as it goes through the system. I am sorry about the inconvenience but your package is still on it’s way.

jminersmith Hi! I just read your review of the Colourpop shadows and 1- I want to say I’m really sorry that two of them broke and 2- I would like to give you some money back for them. jminersmith So I reached out to Poshmark and let them know the situation. I know it can take several days for them to respond, so if you would like, you can open a case through the app in order to get a refund as that might be faster. I promise to follow through with this and to make sure you get your money back. Again, I am truly sorry and will work harder in the future to package better so that this does not happen to anyone again.

jminersmith I reached out to Poshmark and this is what they sent me: “Thanks for reaching out to us and we are so sorry to hear this. Since the items have already been shipped we are unable to issue partial credit or refund. To further assist your buyers, please have each buyer file an “Item Not Described” case within 72 hours of delivery so our team can further assist your buyers.” Thank you for bringing it to my attention so that I am able to make things right. I will follow up on my end 100%.
