swanagin @sophiebaxter Hi, I’m Kelley, the lady you got the Mundi bag from. I’m concerned that there may have been an issue with a 4 star rating? Was something wrong with the bag that I missed?

sophiebaxter I was surprised when I saw it, I didn't expect the handle to be almost flat to the edge of the bag. I don't expect to carry it because the clearance is so shallow. I'm pretty new to Poshmark and may not know the etiquette too well. I didn't mean to be rude, but 4 stars didn't seem unreasonable for a nice, clean bag that was different enough than what I expected that I don't expect to use it.

swanagin @sophiebaxter The Bag is designed, the way the magnetic are placed, to sort of gold down at the top giving several more inches of shoulder drop. Sorry if I wasn’t clear on this, I thought I had a pic of it, but perhaps I forgot to include it. In the future, if you have any questions, please ask the seller before rating us. swanagin @sophiebaxter I just went back & looked at the listing. The first two pics show how the bag closes with a fold or “slouch”. If you try it that way you may be able to get some use out of the bag.

swanagin @sophiebaxter This is also listed as a hand bag as opposed to a shoulder bag. I didn’t know the difference either until I joined Posh, but a hand bag is just that. A shoulder bag is meant to be carried over the shoulder but not long enough to extend across the shoulder &chest like a cross body. A lot of new terms for what my generation just called a pocketbook. Hope that helps.
