lindsaywalker24 I recieved an extra package & had to pay $9.85 in postage because it was a duplicate label.... it was 2 pair of nike shorts 1 red, 1 blue. What do you want me to do?

jreeping @lindsaywalker24 Oh great! So that's where it went! I've talking back & forth to poshmark over this package. The lady ended up canceling her order because it never showed up. I had no idea where the package ended up. I'm going to email them again and ask what to do. Thanks for letting me know!

jreeping @derinda So now I need your help! I had a package go to the wrong person because of a duplicate label. After this the correct buyer cancelled the order and it dropped my shipping stats. Also, the lady it was shipped to was charged shipping. I've e-mailed poshmark 3 times and haven't heard back. Any suggestions? Thanks!

derinda Ok, relax!! It happens to all of us. Only email Posh once. It takes a good 24 or so hours for them to get back with you. If you contact them more than once about the same item, it ties your problem up. Don't worry about your shipping stats. Just work on same day or next day shipping and your numbers will get back up. Your customer will get her shipping money back.

derinda I am sorry your customer canceled the order on you!! My best advice to you is print and pack one item at a time and you won't make that mistake again. Trust me, I have done it 4 times before I took my own advice. Hope this helps❤️❤️
