lizamae14 @jturner4363 it’s okay! And honestly if you are close to a Michael kors store or outlet they should be able to tell you how to fix it or they should be able to fix it also! What part of the strap is it? I bought it brand new from the outlet and never used it so I’m not sure how that happened!! I don’t have the receipt for it or I would send it to you somehow!

jturner4363 @lizamae14 I just looked at the photos again I individually and don’t see a comment. Maybe you can tell me what to look for the next time I try to purchase, please? I live just north of Dallas Texas and I think there is a store at our mall so I will take it in to see what they can do.

jturner4363 Oh and it’s not the strap, it’s the actual buckle on the strap to size it longer or shorter.

lizamae14 @jturner4363 I’m so sorry I wasn’t aware of it being broken! I’m honestly confused myself because I never used it. Definitely make sure you ask the seller if there are any problems. I hate to be the one that did this, I’m still unaware of the defect. I hope they can fix the problem!

jturner4363 @lizamae14 I’m curious, please explain to me how you first told me that you commented on the photo which led me to believe that you did acknowledge the broken buckle and then you told me you were unaware of the broken buckle. I need to know which me of these is correct before I make a decision please. I’m not trying to ugly about this, I’m just very disappointed that the bag was not perfect and want to make an educated decision.

lizamae14 @jturner4363 No I meant I commented on the photo to get back to you, I’ve already stated I didn’t know about the broke buckle. It’s brand new from the store so I’m 100% unsure of how it happened because I never used it. It’s completely up to you. If you don’t want it, open a case and send it back when they tell you too. If not you can keep it and fix the problem, but lastly I’m sorry this happened. I don’t not sell broke items and I have a 5 star review so I promise you it was not intentional.
