bargaingirl66 @southernstyling , I wrote you an apology without response. I just want to say again, I strive to offer the best quality items and my feedback shows that. We have just recently moved and the shoes must have been damaged during the move. My husband shipped them for me while I was out of state. I told Poshmark that I wanted you to have refund and for you to keep the shoes. This was definitely my mistake and I want to make it right.

This is a thing that USPS has started doing when I have a delivery scheduled on a day when my office is closed. I am certain that’s what happened. They word it really weird, but I’m not concerned when I receive these messages anymore. Thanks again for contacting me about it; you’re the first person who ever has, and I appreciate it!
