willowandgrey @jpbrody36 hello, that’s terrible! I’m so sorry! you’re charged for your purchase as soon as you order it. Poshmark holds the money until the order is delivered and accepted. If not, there’s nothing on my end that I can do with payments. It would be all through poshmarks customer service. 😊
