Hi your box was sent back to me ! I can not send you the clothing . There is a 5lb limit on your order . They want be to pay additional 56.00 for your order . Thank you. Let me know what you want to do . I can still send you the clothing but it can only be 5lb

@jenchen01 I’m not sure honestly . Poshmark told me that 10 pieces clothing is the same amount is 5lb . I think you have to upgrade your postage stamp . I’m going to look into it now . I think it’s ridiculous!

@jenchen01 I think it’s ridiculous because they already charge customers so much for shipping . It doesn’t make sense . I have a friend that runs a business And she only charges them 5lb for 4.99 shipping rate . Let me look into . I will get back to you

@jenchen01 I have also other people that I sent packages to I think they are coming back as well . I’m working on poshmark to contact me . They really need to get a better customer service line . It’s just a voicemail service .

@jenchen01 I got email back from poshmark support and they resent me a label but I have to limit the amount I put in the box to 5lbs . I can try to but as much as possible in the bundle including the sweater and shorts you wanted . They won’t let me cancel on my end because it was steady scanned . If you want the order canceled they did say you have to teach out to them . I can not cancel , I do apologize!
