hunchabean Hi Jennifer, I am so disappointed your dress hasn’t made it to you. I’m trying to research on my end. Tracking says it never made it to the post office. I remember packing it and I recall the note I wrote. I’m going to physically visit both PO’ s I use. I don’t know what else to do. My sincerest apology. If you cancel, I understand. Penny Wood

jennifergallagh @hunchabean Hi Penny , i believe you must have shipped the dress . I think that’s happened to me in the past . I shipped out merchandise for someone . I received the same message from poshmark and finally a week later , I received a tracking number proving the item had shipped . will give it another couple of days until I cancel . hunchabean Of course the system wouldn’t let me cancel because it has been “ shipped “. I went back in and sent an email explaining and to cancel the sale.( they aren’t the greatest in customer service.) Once we get this sale canceled, I would like to give you the dress free of charge. This has been a bad situation for you. I would like to make it better. Thanks for patience and kindness.

I completely understand things happen and are not in our control . So it’s all good ! We both have sent emails ,so hopefully that gets their attention .
