tracycakes17 Hello- I read the comment/case about the earrings. I feel terrible that this happened. I only list items that are in excellent condition. I can only assume that it loosened during shipping somehow, although I packed it securely. As I said in my reply to the case comment, I am happy to issue a refund and have you keep the earrings and try to glue the pearl back onto the post. I will also offer a discount on any other item in my closet for the inconvenience. Again, I apologize.
