bowrite @applebuum I sent you notice today that I received the baby bag you erroneously sent me. i have not heard from you. poshmarrk policy is I have 3 days in which to make a claim of error. I contacted Poshmark support. I have 3 days t make a claim, which is Dec. 24. what are you doing to make thus right? Poshmark wants me to submit photos of the baby bag. I will do so. This is very frustrating. PLEASE RESPOND! Thank you

applebuum @bowrite Sorry for the delay. I don't get notifications sounds when someone writes or purchase through Poshmark. I was not able to do anything or report I sent the wrong item because you accepted the package and gave me and left a comment. I will write Poshmark to see what I need to. They will provide a return label and refund your money. The other lady have yet to receive your beautiful stocking in Nevada.

bowrite @applebuum I am not aware that I accepted the item. I buy quite a few things on Poshmark so ao I know the process (tho this is the 1st any seller has sent me someone else’s purchase.) I do not mean to be impatient or rude. my apologies if I came across as such. I just know PN has very strict time rules & with the holidays, the 3 days are approaching very fast. I understand it was just a mistake, but please inquire with PM the procedure in such cases. I have NOT accepted the order.

applebuum @bowrite On my end it says accepted and how did you give me a 1 star review? Once you received the package you accepted it and didn't put in a complaint. Instead when you received it you accepted it then gave me a 1 star review for your the transaction for an absolute mistake that I told you maybe an accident. This woman paid 50.00 for the baby bag you have do you think I would want this to happen?

bowrite @applebuum I ordered 2 identical green velvet Christmas stockings around same day. if I marked order complete it was likely because I thought it was for the order that I did receive for the identical green velvet stocking from a different seller. PM sent me notice that I had received the green velvet stocking (which I did from other seller); I marked order received/completed. It was After that when u sent me notice you had sent the wrong item. Once I receive the green velvet stocking.

applebuum @bowrite Wowww it's interesting that you will adjust the rating AFTER you accidentally accept it because you purchased another one. You can make a mistake but I won't give you a low rating because people make mistakes. You can keep the rating like you left it because that wasn't an accident that's what you wanted to choose after I TOLD you it maybe an accident. I can't send you nothing Poshmark will have to do all the sending and adjustments.

bowrite @applebuum So sorry you feel that way. this certainly us a complicated situation; what are the chances that someone would order the exact same item at the same time from 2 sellers. I initially was ecstatic I found these stockings because I already have 12 of them, bought at a department store more than 40 years ago—and could not believe my eyes that I found 2 more—our family is growing. I know this all was a mistake. I will change your rating again to ensure you are not angry & await resolution.
