jenniferswartz If you go to Poshmark support center and file a return I can accept it. I think that’s the way it works. If you fill out the support center form with “wrong item” it will give you instructions. Lmk how it turn out:)

I'm so sorry that your package isn't tracking on Poshmark, I shipped it days ago directly at my regional post office at the counter where they scanned it for me. It has been on it's way to you, Poshmark's tracking sometimes doesn't update until it's almost delivered. I've reported it to Poshmark & hopefully their system will catch up soon so you can see it. I'm going to find my receipt and will update you with the tracking number myself. :)
