alexim622 @kristi_stone Hun god no! It wasn’t your fault and today I put a shoe stretcher thing in them and I think they will be fine!! I’m sorry hun when I first put them on it was so hard getting them on i gave up... I was bummed but I’m gonna keep stretching the inside a bit more. Thank you tho 🙏🏼💕

kristi_stone @alexim622 they can’t fix the rating. But if you go back to it, you can edit the rating. There’s an option there to edit. The ratings don’t actually go to Poshmark, it just shows on my page. I’m glad everything is ok! If you want to edit, you can definitely do that!❤️ Please let me know if you need anything at all!

alexim622 @fashiondizazter Is it OK because I’ve inquired that I did not receive my item I purchased Sunday, September 8 it is now Saturday, September 14, which I’ve inquired through Poshmark twice and now the Posher has blocked me and blocked me from seeing my purchase,... i did not say or act negatively and I am unsure how this is pursued through Poshmark but I would like the item I purchased... is that a violation that I am now prohibited from seeing my purchase ?

fashiondizazter @alexim622 sorry to hear you're having have problems with your seller. Does it say it was delivered when you look in your buying history? Or, did it accept on its own saying it was delivered, even though you didn't get it? Those are questions I would need to know the answer to. It isn't a good idea to email Poshmark more than once. I know it sounds weird, but when you do that it actually pushes your email further down in the queue.

fashiondizazter @alexim622 you should still be able to see you purchase on your account. I've never had this experience so I'm not quite sure about that. If it doesn't show that it was delivered, you can cancel the sale after 7 days.

alexim622 @fashiondizazter Thank you For your response 🙏🏼 I’m new to this, my daughter opened our account but I just started using it a week ago and so I don’t know the process. Oddly when I click the item or click her page there’s nothing there it’s like she blocked me and the boots have not shipped and say Awaiting Shipping as they have said since I bought them... I paid for them on Sunday 9/8. I feel very poorly about the way this is being handled. I’ve never had anything like this happen ever 😳😒

fashiondizazter @alexim622 so you can see That it is pending. That could mean she shipped it, but with it being the weekend, USPS hasn't scanned it. Sellers do have 7 days to ship, although most try to ship faster. If tge status doesn't change by Monday you should be able to cancel, but it will take a few days to credit your payment method.

fashiondizazter @alexim622 unfortunately, I don't think Poshmark responds to emails on weekends. They do have some problems with their customer service speed. I'm sorry you're having such a poor experience on the platform, as it reflects poorly on all sellers. Believe me, we are not all like this.
