@denim_and_cloth hi Jennifer. I’m the one you purchased the shorts & Jeans from. There’s been a mistake. The jeans have already been sold, but somehow, another picture of them showed up, but it wouldn’t let me delete them. Do you still want the shorts. I’m really sorry this happened. Step 1: Click on your Account Tab
Step 2: Select My Purchases
Step 3: Select Problems/Order Inquiry
Step 4: Select Accidental Purchase.
Please note that once an order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. In addition, orders placed with the offer feature are final sale and cannot be cancelled as an accidental purchase.
Make a lesser offer on the shorts, I’ll give you a better deal for all this haste.

@kelev24 I tried doing that and it doesn’t seem to do anything. It did say that it can be done for 3 hours after purchase.

@jens0614 I don’t know what else we can do. Every time Poshmark responds to me, it doesn’t address the problem. I’ve sent them another message. Very frustrating. So sorry this has happened. ☹️
