@jenniferwelc449 Also, congrats on your surgery! That's a huge step. I'm currently doctoring and hope to get the gastric sleeve in October/November. I'm very nervous. I have struggled my whole life with being over weight. I can lose weight(I've lost over 70 lbs 4 x's) but it always comes back. I hope you are doing well and happy with your results this far!

@miller2648 thank you, I had it in April and it was the best decision I’ve ever made! My only regret is not doing it sooner. It’s not an “easy way out” at all, it’s more a mental struggle than anything but 10000% worth it!!! Most of the pants I have right now are 22’s, but I may have a few 18/20. I’ll look thru them. Where are you located?

@miller2648 Luck, what I’ve been doing is buying two or three items at a time to slowly replenish my closet. As I sell I try to buy smaller things so that way once I get down to that size I’ll have something to wear and it won’t cost me a fortune all at once

My new obsession is UGG boots. I bought 3 pairs brand new end of last year. It's so hot here, I have only worn one pair. When I worked, I hated trying on clothes, so I figured it was easier to buy XS, S. LOL.

@camarogrlzrule I was too but health wise it definitely saved my life! I went to Dr Howard at Dr Ballets office in the woodlands by memorial Hermann. I was able to finance it because my insurance wouldn’t cover it at all. Good luck to you! There’s TONS of support groups, etc on FB that you can join and ask questions etc. Those helped me a TON! If you have any questions feel free to ask!

@jennilynne1976 Awwwww thank you so much! down 120# and a few more to go, was sleeved April 9, 2018. I still struggle at times with eating right, etc, I think I will for the rest of my life, self control was never my strong suite, hence having the surgery, LOL! I have Sooooooo much clothes it's ridiculous, a TON more to post just can't seem to find the time. Hope you had success with yours!

@rmsillings I’m on a group on Facebook Gastric Sleeve Support Group, and started reading before surgery and they give all types of suggestions, ask questions, recipes, etc. Someone asked about the stall at month 3, probably exactly where you are which is where I was then.

@rmsillings They suggested “carb loading” , it tricks you body back into losing again. I think I ate 1/4 grilled cheese for one meal, can’t remember others but it worked! Just eat slow and no drinking while u eat, especially when eating carbs.

Thank you so much for your purchase! I really loved this dress. I put a note in the box to let you know that I forgot it came with a belt. It was a yellow one, so I rarely ever used it. But the dress is black and white, so you can basically use any color. Red looks gorgeous with it and if you have red shoes to match 🤩🤩. Thanks again! 🤗🌺
