kmariemyers Jennifer, Hi! You recently purchased the Japanese Kokeshi Doll from my Closet, however, it was returned to me today saying it needs a customs form? I opened a case to Poshmark Support as I am not certain how to handle...just wanted you to be aware. I will be in touch when I know what to do. Thanks! Karen

jennjackson419 Hi Karen! :). Not sure why there would need to be a customs form? I am currently stationed overseas, but APO shouldn’t require it. I hope it can be resolved! I’m actually in Japan, and I saw the same kokeshi you are selling, but sadly when I went back to the vendor it was sold already. Seeing yours made me soooo excited :) Please keep me in the loop, and if you need anything at all, please let me know. - Jenn

kmariemyers Jennifer, hi! Just so you know I did not get any of your above msgs because you didn’t send them to me only to your profile so they weren’t sent to me, I apologize I was not ignoring you. I did in fact hear from support and they said they do not support sending packages to FPO/APO or int’l shipping. Is there an alternate address I can send this to? I’d be happy to do whatever just not sure how to handle at this point. I see you re-ordered it today, so perhaps you reach out to Poshmark support?

jennjackson419 @kmariemyers I am so sorry! I don’t shop on Poshmark too often, so my apologies for that. I actually placed a second order, so I believe I need to cancel it. My husband and I have made purchases on Poshmark, recent too, so I’m surprised that they stated they won’t support it. Unfortunately, being stationed overseas I don’t have an alternative address :(
