Hi! I’m so sorry about the delay of the sunglasses. I’m away from home until Monday. I forgot to put my account on away mode. If you’re cool with waiting until Monday I can send them out then. Otherwise I understand if you have to cancel. Sincerest apologies.

Hey. Yes I did receive your message, I’m so sorry for the lack of communication, my phone had been stolen and was out of town for work, so was having a hard time communicating. I just got home and was planning to send first thing tomorrow morning. I’m so sorry for the delay, not sure how fast they would get there. Let me know what you think. If I don’t hear back I will just send first thing in the am. Again, I apologize.

Jennifer, I dropped the package off at the post office after hours on Saturday and still don’t see a package scan. I printed out the label. I have the tracking number to share but this is not secure posting as a comment.

@hoosier_1994 Hi there! Thank you for your messages. It’s been my experience that the tracking doesn’t always get updated. Seems a little pointless to have a tracking number, I know. I’m not too concerned about it yet. Hopefully by the weekend, the tracking will have been updated and/or the package will have arrived. Thank you for letting me know!

Hi Jennifer! I placed an order from you a few days ago and just realized that I had the wrong shipping address in. I tried to change it but the app won’t allow me to. What should I do? The shipping address is my college address but I’m home.

@hannahtreadw273 I just compared the label I printed on Sat, with the “updated”one. It is the same…8400 Burr. This isn’t correct, right? I’m unsure if I can do anything. I’ll contact CS, to check though. I would suggest that you contact customer support to see if someone can change it manually and send a new shipping label. I assume they’ll need to hear directly from you, in order to change the shipping address. I will let you know if I hear anything. Please do the same. Thanks

I just sent customer support a message regarding the situation. I don’t know what your correct address is so I was unable add that info to the message.
Do you follow the steps according to the FAQ’s “how to change my address”? There’s instructions on how to do it through the website and through the app.
In addition to contacting customer supports, you might also contact USPS to have your package forwarded to the correct address.
Would you like me you still send it today, or wait?

@hannahtreadw273 Hi Hannah. I haven’t heard back from customer support yet. But I did get a reminder that I needed ship the shoes today. I’m going to do so, to avoid any additional issues. If the Burr address is not current. I would go online to USPS and have any of your mail forwarded to your correct address, this should resolve the issue, at this point in time. Thank you
