Hi! I was getting your Leapfrog magnetic word builder packaged up to ship out tomorrow and I was testing each letter with the device before I sent it. It looks like some of the extra letters included don’t connect as well as the original letters that belong with it. I wanted to be upfront about it and let you know before I shipped it in case you might not want the item anymore. Let me know!

Thanks for sending quickly, but it does not work right. It's with most of the letters, not just the original ones. The problem is with the wiring in the base, since the letters and their connection points are solid plastic. It says random varying letters, even though the same letter is pressed multiple times. It does this with the capital and lowercase letters. Sadly, I have to return it for a refund.
