Hi! I’m so sorry about the delayed shipment of the boots. I ran out of boxes but I shipped it the other day and I think there may be a mix up with the labels that I printed. I’m trying to figure out what’s going on.

@kjpearson1124 I would like to know the status of my order. I see that for shipping it’s still saying that it’s waiting for UPS scan. If the package has still not been located I would like a full refund. I made the purchase on 7/5/2018 and still do not have my purchase.

I would like to hear back no later than tomorrow, 7/14/2018, as to what the next step will be, weather it’s a full refund due to package still not being located or when the package will be delivered with some kind of a refund due to lack of time from purchase to delivery. Thank you.
