luvbeeingamom I’m so sorry there’s been such play trouble with the Ugg boots. I ship them out with USPS. I left it on the counter as the lady asked me to and for some reason it has not tracked yet. I did ship it out a while ago I don’t know what the problem is and I apologize for this pain.
