fashiondiva411 @jendiaz9614 Hi Jen. I just responded to the case you opened. I certainly did not knowingly send the wrong suit and I feel terrible about making that mistake. This is the first case I’ve ever had opened on Posh so this is certainly not the norm. Again my deepest apologies for making this blunder and I hope you’ll allow me the opportunity to make this up to you in the future.

fashiondiva411 @jendiaz9614 Yes I just took a look at the video more closely and the pictures you submitted. I see it now. Normally this wouldn’t have been an issue because for almost all items in my closet I take photos from home as well as using stock photos. This time I got too busy and forgot to upload additional photos from home. Definitely a learning experience.

fashiondiva411 @jendiaz9614 Okay I’m so glad you were able to find the right suit. 😊 Poshmark will send you a return label via email and then I believe you would just place the item back in the package and affix the label they send. But I’ll leave it up to you as to whether you just keep the suit or send it back. I really don’t want to create more work for you. If it’s too much of a hassle please don’t worry about it. ❤️
