I am so sorry you found the Chanel brushes needed cleaning. I didn’t notice any problems before shipping. I pride myself on 5 star ratings and being a Posh Ambassador. The brushes were new but came in an accordion box? I threw it out before shipping and deciding to sell them. I hope you love them and apologize for any inconvenience.
