hey love you purchased some mules from me today after inspecting them the bottom of them have a couple of scratches I believe it's from them being tried on at the store they were a blogger favorite and I got the last pair that day but never worn them I'm writing you to know if you would like to cancel your order which I have no problem doing or want me to send them out and you can return them if you are not happy 😊

They told me it looks like the package had not been scanned by the post office. So I need to follow up with the post office. Also I mailed out more than 1 package then so I checked with another posh customer yesterday to see if she received 2 packages in error and haven’t heard back. I will keep you posted as soon as I know something. Posh also said to give it til 9/1.

I checked with another posh buyer and she said she got the leggings delivered to her address in error. Still not sure why it didn’t track. I contacted posh support to see how we can get them sent from her to you...my apologies for this mix up

I just got a message they cancelled the order but no update on how I get the leggings back from the wrong person so I can send them to you...this is so crazy as this has never happen to me and the process is new for me

Hi there...Poshmark advised they sent you a return label to person who got them in error so she can send the leggings back to me. Then I will send them to you. I will keep you updated.
