Jennifer! .. I just got home and realized my mom shipped out the wrong dress to you! .. it’s the same exact one but with long sleeves! .. I have the tank one here .. Thanks for the heads up.
I do want the dress that I bought and would like it to be sent.
However, I don't want the long sleeve dress as that would mean an extra $6.79 shipping + $1 for an item I won't use.
I understand errors happen and we're human but that option is no go.
Instead, I can return the unwanted item but expect to be reimbursed. Option 2: send me the tank dress with free or deeply discounted shipping fees (at least 50% off).How to proceed.?
